The card reader worked just fine. Be aware that you might need a different device for cards with chips on them (almost all current cards). Reader workability is dependent on sign up with Square reader app.

I have not used it a ton, but it was simple to set up and use. The software is very strait forward too.

I purchased Square for our garage sale so that people would be able to use a card because not everyone carries cash on them these days. The packaging was cute and simple, and downloading the app was a breeze. It allows you to do a test run which I liked because then I knew it was going to work great for our sale. I even got reimbursed from the app by entering the retrieval code that came in the box. So it was pretty much free! So easy to use! I highly recommend!

I am use Square for my business already 5 years! the small card reader is very convenient for my delivery guy! better than the EMV card reader, because you don’t need worry about the battery, just plug in and go! only complain is the old reader was free from Square, but now the new lighting one cost $10! only one dispute from the customer because it not the EMV charge! but the 2 in 1 card reader the battery life too short! if this reader have EMV may perfect!update: Square increase rate for 2.75% to 2.6%+10c, that mean if costumer paid $10, Square will charge 0.26+0.10= 0.36, total rate is 3.60% now !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came before expected…I am only giving 4 stars because it doesn’t work with my Lifeproof IPhone X phone case. It isn’t practical to remove case every time a purchase is made. I am really disappointed because I need this for business. Not sure what other option I have. I have looked for attachments but can’t find anything. I would purchase again from this company.
